Hello my friends I’m still having some issues. I’ve been very nauseated lately and have had a hard time getting out of bed. Tomorrow is a new day and I’m getting back to my self care regimen which consists of listening to uplifting and or self help books and of course some of my romance novels. Positive self talk and of course I’ll have to be more positive on social media. I don’t think I’ve been too negative. Watch what I eat and continue working out. Maybe I’ll switch up my meditations and add more vegetables to my diet. I’ve been on a canned green bean kick but I’ve heard fresh vegetables are healthier. Anyway I’m very grateful for all of you and look forward to adding more smut for your viewing pleasure.

I just want to say how grateful I am to all of you. I’m sorry I haven’t been posting every day and or messaging daily. I try to but it’s been a rough few days.
