Recently, I have been going through a strong internal transformation. I notice that meeting people who are different from me and have their own differences is no longer a problem for me. I have accepted myself and at the same time accepted others. a huge weight is off my shoulders.

I'm very happy with my progress in climbing, especially since I almost lost two legs when I was a kid, and I've had a lifelong ban on exercise, and doctors told me not to run or jump or squat or put stress on my legs and spine. It took a while, my whole body was in a lot of pain. This pain led me to a new life, the main thing is not to give up and look for ways out, there is always a way out!🩵

Our environment has an incredibly strong influence on us. It is important to be around people with whom we feel comfortable, with whom we enjoy communicating, developing, living. Often our environment shows us our weaknesses: what is wrong in us, what we need to change in ourselves and what lesson we need to learn to become better. However, this is no reason to stay close to negative, unpleasant people who are used to offend, suppress, accuse without reason, keep in fear, limit, destroy everything around them, including us.
