

Hello everyone! This morning my legs and glutes are so sore after doing some night stretching yesterday! But I am proud of myself for starting to take care of my body and exercising. It was not easy, but I feel so much better after that workout. I understand that painful sensations are part of the process, and I will continue to work on myself. And now I'm going to take a shower and stretch to relieve the tension and prepare myself for new achievements! πͺπΌποΈββοΈ
