However, today’s physical therapy appt completely exhausted me mentally and physically. I had a lot of filming & content planned for today but I have to nap and let my body heal! I apologize I’m behind on responding to messages, I’ve just been so exhausted from all my appts and healing Who thinks I should upload a video from MV after my nap?😍
