With the news of my father passing a few months ago, i think life is starting to catch up to me and I’m finding myself feeling emotionally checked-out. The gains haven’t been as strong as i would have liked them to be, and that’s caused me a lot of anxieties about not delivering results to myself and all the people supporting me. I know i will get through this, and will eventually get over this plateau—so again, i just want to thank you all for your patience during this tumultuous time in my life. If you have any recommendations for new/specific content, please let me know. I feel like giving body updates when i haven’t really gained can be rather boring—but let me know. 💕💕
