Care to read a little slice of my life on this traveling adv..

Care to read a little slice of my life on this traveling adventure?? . . . I decided to go on an adventure on the south part of Taiwan today, riding my scooter and hunting for geocaches. I wanted to see new places, m3et new people, and have some fun. I started from Kaohsiung, where I live, and headed south along the coast. I had a map of geocaches on my phone, and I planned to find as many as I could. Geocaching is a game where people hide containers with small items or logbooks in different locations, and other people use GPS coordinates to find them. It’s like a treasure hunt, but more challenging and rewarding. The first geocache I found was near a lighthouse in Xiaoliuqiu Island. I took a ferry to get there, and then rented a bike to explore the island. The lighthouse was on a hill overlooking the sea, and the geocache was hidden under a rock. It contained a small toy car and a logbook. I signed my name and date, and left a sticker of a cat. I also took the toy car and replaced it with a keychain of a scooter. The second geocache I found was in Kenting National Park. I rode my scooter there, enjoying the scenery of mountains, forests, and beaches. The park was full of tourists and locals, enjoying the sunny day. The geocache was in a cave near the southern tip of Taiwan. It was dark and damp inside, and I had to use a flashlight to find it. It contained a bracelet and a logbook. I signed my name and date, and left the keychain of a scooter. I also took the bracelet and wore it on my wrist. The third geocache I found was in Taitung City. I rode my scooter there, passing through small towns and villages along the way. The city was lively and colorful, with many shops, restaurants, and temples. The geocache was in a park near the train station. It was hidden in a hollow tree trunk. It contained a coin from Thailand and a logbook. I signed my name and date, and left the sticker of a cat. I also took the coin and put it in my pocket. Along the way, I met many interesting people. Some were friendly and helpful, some were curious and surprised, some were rude and hostile. But they all made my adventure more memorable and fun. I met a fisherman who gave me some fresh seafood for lunch. He told me stories about his life at sea, and how he loved his family. I met a backpacker who was also hunting for geocaches. He was from Germany, and he spoke English with an accent. He told me about his travels around the world, and how he wanted to see more. I met a street performer who played the guitar for tips. He was y0ung and talented, and he had a crowd around him. He sang me a song about love, and how he wanted to find it. I met so many more people that I can’t remember them all. But they all made me feel alive. I’m writing this diary entry in a hostel in Taitung City. I’m tired but happy. Tomorrow I will continue my adventure on the east coast of Taiwan, riding my scooter and hunting for geocaches. I can’t wait to see what awaits me.
