This week I’d like you to pick a method of self-flagellation and punish yourself on my behalf. Use common sense and don’t do something idiotic to yourself. Keep it simple. Grab a wooden spoon or spatula with a short ot handle and spank yourself. Attach a bag of clothespins to your sensitive areas. Slap yourself in the dick. Slap yourself in the face. Choose one activity and repeat for a minimum of 5-10 minutes. Bonus round. $50. Come on cam with me for 15 minutes and get personal instructions for self flagellation while I watch.
