In the past, my emotions often got the best of me. I could get upset over the smallest things, get angry at my loved ones for no apparent reason, and feel depressed for no particular reason. It wasn't easy, and I realized that I needed to make a change 🌿 The first step to change is recognizing the problem. I began to notice how my emotions were affecting my life and my relationships with others. This realization became a powerful motivator for me I decided to learn more about how people manage their emotions. Reading books, watching videos, and participating in emotional intelligence workshops gave me a wealth of useful information I especially enjoyed Daniel Goleman's book Emotional Intelligence Exercise has also proven to be a very effective way to manage emotions. Running, yoga, dancing - all of these helped me to release tension and improve my mood❤️ I now feel much more confident and calm. Of course, managing emotions is a process that takes time and effort, but the results are worth it🌹
