




Sage: it has so many health benefits I could go on and on about. But burning it (smudging) is a great way for:
•Removing bacteria from the air
•Repelling insects
•Improving intuition
•Purifying specific objects
•Improving mood and reducing stress and anxiety.
I love the smell of this stuff, and during these hard times I’ve been burning the stuff constantly. My sage plant is almost ready to be harvested and dried into being made into smudge sticks, which I’m super excited to do because it’ll be the first time I’ve been able to make my own. Also, it can be used to get rid of negative energy and bad spirits in the home, but just make sure to open your windows during smudging so then the dark energy has a way to get out of the home 💕
