

More Than Just Fitness πͺI try to go to the gym a couple of times a week. Emphasis on "try" π π. For me, the gym is not just a place to burn off extra calories. It's where I disconnect from everything, have some alone time, and focus on my goals. Each exercise helps me not just physically but mentally too β I feel like I get stronger with every rep πͺWorking out is a lot like therapy π§ π©ββοΈ. It clears my mind, helps me gather my thoughts, and makes me feel almost unstoppable.
