I think it’s ok to say when we’re struggling - I found Mondays particularly hard over the last few months, Sunday’s are pretty much the only day I get a break from work & sometimes not even then (next weekend for example) I feel really fortunate to have great friends, family & the tools to cope and recognise when I need to do more to help myself. If you’ve felt down over the last year that’s ok and it is going to get better - stay safe, be sensible & it’ll all get better sooner 👍🏻 It’s ok to struggle, it’s ok to feel down, it’s ok to feel lost
