These days I've also been resting and giving my body a little break by doing a little less - physically ππ½ββοΈand socially. Being alone with myself over the last few years has made me more aware of how much I didn't know myself or my body even though I thought I did. Sitting with my thoughts and learning my face and body was an essential part of the self love journey for me.
