Okayyy this might not be the hottest pic haha but I was heading out for a long walk to the beach to hit my step goal and caught a glimpse of my obliques and I had to share a real raw moment 🥹 I’ve been dialing in my macros, training 4–5 times a week, and staying active every day 🤸🏼‍♀️

I’ve always struggled with depression, anxiety and ADHD but during 2023 specifically I gained a lot of weight during a really low point. Generally my weight and motivation tend to fluctuate because of my mental health but I think I finally found an antidepressant that’s actually helping me feel like myself or at least a version of my self that I really want to be.

Not at my “after” yet, but I’m proud of myself. Working hard, showing up, and slowly getting stronger inside and out. 💌

P.S. I don’t want this to come off as vain or that looks are the most important thing in the world. I’m just so happy that I’m taking care of myself and not sitting on my couch all day crying. 😌
