Added 2025-06-10 01:33:26 +0000 UTCI've had people ask me for advice on health and wellness as I've been really deep into it for the past few years! Would anyone be interested if I started something ?
Some tips that I do that really have made a difference for me:
- going to bed at the same time (yes, even on weekends) with no phone use before bed
- exercise, exercise, exercise. Anything helps, even just walking. I typically spend the evenings at the gym and weekends on my bike but you don't have to go that hard!
- making my own low sugar muffins and vegetable rich meals while cutting out all sugar, alcohol, high carbs or anything else that negatively affects the body
- practicing mindfulness and meditation
- reading more and learning more on different topics
- smiling more 😊
- appreciating everyone for their differences
- positivity
